HDJ-X5 headphones - free product exchange

If you find your headphones aren’t the improved version, please contact the store or retailer where you purchased them. Currently, we’re offering a full refund or a pair of Pioneer DJ HDJ-X7-K or HDJ-X7-S headphones free of charge in exchange for the HDJ-X5-K and HDJ-X5-S original models. This offer will cease as of 31st March 2018. From 1st April 2018, we’ll replace any original model HDJ-X5-K and HDJ-X5-S headphones with the improved version of the relevant model.

How to identify the improved model

Improved HDJ-X5-K and HDJ-X5-S models can be identified by a small bump on the left Slider End Cap under the ‘L’ print (see picture below). If your headphones don’t have the bump, they’re an original model and you should contact your dealer or retailer as stated above. We’re confident you’ll enjoy your new and improved HDJ-X5-K / S headphones and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you have any questions, please contact your local sales office on the phone number listed below.
