DJ Product Source Code Terms of Use

Your use of the DJ Product Source Code ("Source Code") is expressly conditioned on your agreement to all of the following terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Source Code.

1. Use of the Source Code is subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple Public Source License, Version 2.0 ("APSL"), as applicable, provided by Apple, Inc. The full text of the APSL may be found at https://opensource.apple.com/apsl

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND AS PROVIDED IN THE APSL, PIONEER DJ AND ITS LICENSORS PROVIDE AND YOU ACCEPT THE SOURCE CODE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACCEPT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOURCE CODE.

UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND AS PROVIDED IN THE APSL, IN NO EVENT WILL PIONEER DJ OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOURCE CODE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
4. All interest in the Source Code remains with the applicable copyright holders. Except as expressly provided in the APSL, these Terms of Use do not grant you any rights under any patent, copyright, know-how or other intellectual property rights in the Source Code.
5. These Terms of Use do not limit, expand or in any other way affect any warranties or warranty disclaimers made by Pioneer DJ with respect to the DJ Product.
