On March 2 we announced that AlphaTheta Corporation would be changing parent company. As of April 3, Noritsu Koki Co. Ltd will be the new parent company of AlphaTheta Corporation.

AlphaTheta Corporation’s brands, business and operations will not be affected. We will continue our commitment to innovate, inspire and entertain through our portfolio of brands; Pioneer DJ, rekordbox, KUVO, TORAIZ and Pioneer Professional Audio.
