As stated on October 17th, 2017, we've discovered an issue in the HDJ-X5-K and HDJ-X5-S headphones. We changed the design to apply a modification to the faulty Slider End Cap of these models, and resumed the sale of these headphones. Please find how to identify the model having the modification below. Please inspect your headphones. If you find your headphone does not have the modification, please contact your dealer or retailer where you purchased the Pioneer DJ HDJ-X5-K or HDJ-X5-S.
We will cease from providing you with a refund or an upgrade to Pioneer DJ HDJ-X7-K or HDJ-X7-S headphone as of March 31, 2018. On and after April 1, 2018, we will replace HDJ-X5-K and HDJ-X5-S having no modification with the HDJ-X5-K and HDJ-X5-S, having the modification.
HDJ-X5-K and HDJ-X5-S having the modification have a small bump on the left Slider End Cap under "L" print. If your headphone has no bump there, it has no modification and you should proceed with the refund or replacement.

We've identified an issue in some DDJ-SX3 controllers which can cause the audio output to freeze or make all the unit's LED lights switch off.
All affected DDJ-SX3 controllers will be examined and repaired free of charge at an authorized Pioneer DJ repair center.

The affected units do not have a black dot beside the bar code, below the serial number on the box and the product itself. If your box looks like this, please contact us via the phone number or web address below.
If your barcode has a black dot beside it, your controller isn't affected so no repair is needed.
