Our flagship multi player, the CDJ-3000, is now compatible with the USB-HID*¹ control feature of the DJ application Serato DJ Pro. This comes under the Pioneer DJ Certification Program*².

On the screen of the CDJ-3000, you can now browse the music library in Serato DJ Pro when the application is running on a PC/Mac connected to the multi player. You can also scratch tracks and control Hot Cues, tempo, key, and more using the professional interface of the CDJ-3000.

To use the CDJ-3000 with Serato DJ Pro, you’ll need to connect them to a Serato DJ Pro unlocked device or a supported device with a Serato DJ Pro license or subscription.

Download the latest version of Serato DJ Pro (ver. 2.5.7).

To use Serato DJ Pro, you need to update the firmware on your CDJ-3000 to the latest version.

*¹ USB-HID (Human Interface Device) is a term used in the DJ industry for communication between DJ equipment and PC/Mac which can send larger amounts of information than MIDI – such as artwork and waveform data.
