Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions

Participants

The prize draw is open to participants aged 16 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Please note the promotion is not available in countries where prohibited by law.

How to participate

In order to enter this promotion, go to www.pioneerdj.com/rekordbox5prize and enter the information requested and select the ‘enter’ button (costs to enter this promotion via the internet may vary, please check with your service provider for current charges).

All entries must include your name, email address, address (including postcode), telephone number.

Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion. Only one entry per participant is permitted.

Start date

This promotion will start on 12 September 2017 at 8:00 GMT.

Closing date

The closing date for this promotion will be 13 September 2017 at 9:01 GMT (time of submission). Entries received after this time will be invalid.

Selection of the winners

The winners of the prize draw will be the first 20 entrants randomly selected by computer process from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.

Prizes

The prizes are as follows: 1 x HDJ-X10 Pioneer DJ headphone and 1 x rekordbox dj licence key.

The prize will be sent to you by and at the expense of Pioneer DJ to the address you provided upon submisson.

There is no cash alternative prize. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The prizes are non-transferable and exclude any additional costs and expenses.

The winner responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prizes above.

Notification of the results and receipt of the prizes

The promoter will notify the winners by e-mail on or before 30/09/2017.

The prize will be sent to the winners by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.

Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. We will delete your data immediately after use. Please read our terms of use and privacy policy for more information.

General

1. The name and county of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter for one month after the closing date.
2. Once you have submitted an entry, you acknowledge that the copyright in your entry will be owned by the promoter.
3. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond its reasonable control including any delay in a winner receiving the prize due to incorrect delivery details or the postal system not having access to an address to fulfil delivery.
4. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
