Sonar Cape Town 2014 - 20th Anniversary Celebration
We celebrated 20 years of Pioneer DJ at Sonar Cape Town in December 2014 with a party showcasing local artists DJ Fosta, Siphe Tebeka, Markus Wormstorm, Das Kapital, Felix Laband, Ryan Murgatroyd and International DJ Uner.
- 2015年3月2日 Pioneer DJ株式会社の株式取得手続き完了に関するお知らせ パイオニア株式会社（以下「パイオニア」）とコールバーグ・クラビス・ロバーツ・アンド・カンパニー・エルピー（関連企業その他の関連組織を含めて、以下「KKR」）は、本日、Pioneer DJ株式会社（以下「Pioneer DJ」）の株式取得の手続きを完了しました。一連の取引を通じて、KKRはPioneer DJの持株会社であるPDJホールディングス株式会社の発行済株式の85.05%を保有し、パイオニアが株式の14.95%を保有します。
