DDJ-ERGO supports the latest DJ Software TRAKTOR PRO 2 from Native Instruments now.

Precautions before updating to TRAKTOR PRO 2 Ver.2.5.0 or later:

• TRAKTOR PRO 2 Ver.2.5.0 only supports Windows 7. 
  Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer supported. For details, please visit the Native Instruments website.
• The system requirements have been changed from the prior versions.

• A new feature "Remix Deck" does not work in the same way as "Sample Deck".

Important notice to those who manage tracks in iTunes library with VirtualDJ:

It was recently discovered that users may not be able to see or load tracks when using iTunes v12 with VirtualDJ.
VirtualDJ LE 7.4.2 and VirtualDJ PRO Full 7.4.2, where this issue has been fixed, are now available on the Atomix website.

For those who use VirtualDJ for the first time, please follow the instructions below to install the application.

1. Please follow VirtualDJ Software Uninstall Guide to uninstall all the versions of VirtualDJ software.

3. Enter the serial number (XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX/ERGO) printed on the CD-ROM case in the field of [KeyCode] and click [OK].
4. Download the both installers applicable to your computer (install_virtualdj_le_ergo_v7.4.1 and install_virtualdj_le_v7.4.2) 
   to your computer.
5. Please follow [Installing the software] in the Operating Instructions to install the downloaded installer (install_virtualdj_le_ergo_v7.4.1).
6. Please follow [Installing the software] in the Operating Instructions to install the downloaded installer (install_virtualdj_le_v7.4.2).
   * Only on Windows PC, when you see two icons, [VirtualDJ LE (DDJ-ERGO)] and [VirtualDJ LE], you can click either icon to run VirtualDJ LE.

Cautions when connecting DDJ-ERGO to an iPad
This device supports the iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad(4th generation), iPad mini, iPad(3rd generation), iPad 2.
Connecting DDJ-ERGO-V to iPad requires the following equipment.
-DJ Controller Cable "DJC-WeCAi" munufuctured by Pioneer (sold separately)
-Camera Connection Kit or Lightning-USB Camera Adapter manufactured by Apple Inc
-A USB power adapter or USB mobile battery (output voltage of 5V, output current of 500 mA or greater)
For the connection procedure, see the manual of DJC-WeCAi.

-Only iPad with iOS 7.1 or iOS 8 is supported.
  iPads other than the above compatible versions are not supported.
