The DJM-A9 supports DVS control of the Serato DJ Pro software under the Pioneer DJ Certification Program.

Simply connect the DJM-A9 to your PC/Mac and you can instantly use Serato DJ Pro’s DVS feature to control digital audio files stored on your computer via turntables (with the Serato DJ Pro control vinyl) or via the jog wheels on multi players.

Buy or update to the latest version of Serato DJ Pro and the Serato DVS Expansion Pack to use the DVS feature with the DJM-A9.

You’ll also need to update your driver software for the DJM-A9 to the latest version if you haven’t already.

• Operation isn’t guaranteed on all computer models, even if the system requirements are met.

• Depending on the computer’s power-saving settings, etc., the CPU and hard disk may not provide sufficient processing capabilities. For laptops in particular, make sure the computer is in the best conditions to provide constant high-level performance when using Serato DJ Pro (for example by keeping the AC power connected).

List of MIDI Messages

DJM-A9 works with other MIDI-compatible software besides rekordbox / Serato DJ Pro, by assigning MIDI message. Please refer to the list of MIDI message to find mapping values of all buttons and knobs. To assign MIDI message to all software function, please refer to your manufacturers' software manual.

Please do not run multiple DJ Software on your computer at the same time. When switching from one DJ software to use another, please turn the DJM-A9 power off and then power back on after software switch has been completed.
