List of MIDI Messages

DDJ-WeGO3 works with other MIDI-compatible software besides Serato DJ Pro, by assigning MIDI message. Please refer to the list of MIDI message to find mapping values of all buttons and knobs. To assign MIDI message to all software function, please refer to your manufacturers' software manual.

Please do not run multiple DJ Software on your computer at the same time. When switching from one DJ software to use another, please turn the DDJ-WeGO3 power off and then power back on after software switch has been completed. For further details of the usage, please refer to the software manufacturers.

DDJ-WeGO3 supports the latest DJ Software TRAKTOR PRO 2 from Native Instruments now.
Using the TRAKTOR PRO 2 settings file provided by Pioneer DJ allows you to control TRAKTOR PRO2 with DDJ-WeGO3.

Note:
-Need to update DDJ-WeGO3 Firmware to the latest one(Ver.1.05 or later).
-Ensure that TRAKTOR PRO 2 Ver.2.6.8 is used with DDJ-WeGO3.

*Before purchasing DDJ-WeGO3, please test the Android device you use with WeDJ for Android to make sure the application properly works with your Android device.
*MIDI controller requires an Android device that supports USB Host Mode.
*Please prepare USB conversion cable separately.
*iPhone/iPad connecting cable (Lightening) included with DDJ-WeGO3 cannot be used as a USB conversion cable.
*You cannot use the USB conversion cable to charge the Android device.

VirtualDJ LE 8 has the following two different modes

-LE mode
You can use the minimum functions of VirtualDJ 8, which is enough for DJing.
This mode can be used on other DJ equipment, too.

-HOME mode
You can use it only on this controller up to 10 minutes just for trial, where all the functions of VirtualDJ 8 can be used.

Click the SETTINGS icon to open the [VirtualDJ Config] window and select [LICENSES] tab to select
[LISENSES & USER ACCOUNT] > [LIMITRD EDITION] > [Limited Edition Mode] to switch the 2 above modes.

VirtualDJ 8 PRO

VirtualDJ 8 can be used as VirtualDJ 8 PRO only for 30 days after you enter the serial key for LE version. If you want to continue using the PRO version even after 30 days, you can purchase the upgraded PRO version.

Please access the webpage for buying VirtualDJ 8: virtualdj.com/buy. Sign in the webpage using your VirtualDJ account and input your VirtualDJ serial number in the field below the “Discount Prices”. The serial number can be found on the bottom of the WeGO3 unit. After inputting the serial number, please follow the instructions shown on the screen to purchase your license.

Important notice to Mac users:
It was recently discovered that users may not be able to see or load tracks when they use VirtualDJ 8 PRO with iTunes v12.
Please update VirtualDJ PRO 8 to the latest version, Build 2003 or later to solve this problem.

We have identified that the noise may be generated when DDJ-WeGO3 is used with iOS7.0.x on iPad.
This issue has been resolved in iOS 7.1 and iOS 8.
Please update your iPad to iOS8 to solve the noise issue.
