DDJ-WeGO supports the latest DJ Software Serato DJ Lite and Serato DJ Pro from Serato now.

To the customers who use Serato DJ Pro:
We have identified an issue where DDJ-WeGO is not recognized by Serato DJ Pro
even after the application is launched on some Windows PC.

DDJ-WeGO supports the latest DJ Software TRAKTOR PRO 2 from Native Instruments now.
Please use this Setting File in this page when you use DDJ-WeGO as a controller for "TRAKTOR PRO 2 Ver 2.6.0".
This Setting File is required when Native Instruments TRAKTOR PRO 2 Ver.2.6.0 is used with DDJ-WeGO.
There are some precautions before using.

Note:
-Need to update DDJ-WeGO Firmware to the latest one(Ver.1.06 or later).
-Need to update TRAKTOR PRO2 to Ver.2.6.0.

*Important notice to those who manage tracks in iTunes library with VirtualDJ:
It was recently discovered that users may not be able to see or load tracks when using iTunes v12 with VirtualDJ.
VirtualDJ LE 7.4.2 and VirtualDJ PRO Full 7.4.2, where this issue has been fixed, are now available on the Atomix website.

For those who use VirtualDJ LE for DDJ-WeGO for the first time
For those who use VirtualDJ for the first time, please follow the instructions below to install the application.

1. Please follow www.virtualdj.com/le
2. Enter the serial number (XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX/WEGO) printed on your controller’s bottom panel in the field of [KeyCode] and click [OK].
3. Download the both installers applicable to your computer (install_virtualdj_le_wego_v7.4.1 and install_virtualdj_le_v7.4.2) to your computer.
4. Please follow [Installing the software] in the Operating Instructions to install the downloaded installer (install_virtualdj_le_wego_v7.4.1).
5. Please follow [Installing the software] in the Operating Instructions to install the downloaded installer (install_virtualdj_le_v7.4.2).
   *Only on Windows PC, when you see two icons, [VirtualDJ LE (DDJ-WeGO)] and [VirtualDJ LE], you can click either icon to run VirtualDJ LE.

For those who already use VirtualDJ LE for DDJ-WeGO
For those who already use VirtualDJ LE for DDJ-WeGO, please follow the instructions below to update the application.

1. Access this link: www.virtualdj.com/le
2. Enter the serial number (XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX/WEGO) printed on your controller’s bottom panel in the field of [KeyCode] and click [OK].
3. Download the installer applicable to your computer (install_virtualdj_le_v7.4.2) to your computer.
4. Please follow [Installing the software] in the Operating Instructions to install the downloaded installer (install_virtualdj_le_v7.4.2).
   *Only on Windows PC, when you see two icons, [VirtualDJ LE (DDJ-WeGO)] and [VirtualDJ LE], you can click either icon to run VirtualDJ LE.

When DDJ-WeGO is connected to the computer, the [Sound Setup] tab of [CONFIG] will not be shown on VIRTUALDJ LE Ver7.4.
When VirtualDJ LE Ver7.4 is launched after turning on the power of DDJ-WeGO, all the settings of [Sound Setup] are automatically completed.
If you do not launch them in the right order, please shut down VirtualDJ LE and turn off the power of DDJ-WeGO. Then, launch DDJ-WeGO again before VirtualDJ.

Cautions on connect to an iPad
This device supports the iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad(4th generation), iPad mini, iPad(3rd generation), iPad 2.
DDJ-WeGO connection to iPad requires the following equipment.
-DJ Controller Cable "DJC-WeCAi" munufuctured by Pioneer (sold separately)
-Camera Connection Kit or Lightning-USB Camera Adapter manufactured by Apple Inc
-A USB power adapter or USB mobile battery (output voltage of 5V, output current of 500 mA or greater)
For the connection procedure, see the manual of DJC-WeCAi.

-This device supports only iPad with iOS 7.1 or iOS 8.
iPads other than compatible versions are not supported.
