Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you didn't receive a confirmation email, it may be in your junk folder or you may have entered your email address incorrectly.

I registered but I can't log in. Why not?

You may not have verified your registration. When you registered, a confirmation email should have been sent to you. Please click the URL in the email.

If you've completed registration and verification and you still can't log in, please do the following:
- Allow third-party cookies in your browser settings.
- Clear your browser's cache or cookies.
- Try logging in with another browser.

Can I verify my rekordbox subscription/licence(s) information?

Yes, you can verify your subscription/licence(s) information on your pioneerdj.com My account page. Log in to your account and go to the Contract plan page in the rekordbox menu.

You can also check your subscription/licence(s) information within the rekordbox application as follows:
rekordbox Ver.6: MY PAGE > PLAN
rekordbox Ver.5: File > Preferences > License

Can I register my product?

Yes, you can register your product by logging in to your My account page on pioneerdj.com and clicking Hardware > Product Registration.

I can't register a product in my account.

This problem may be caused by cache settings in your web browser. Please try the following, then attempt to register the product again.

- Clear the cache in your web browser settings.
- Allow third-party cookies in your web browser settings.
- Register using another web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
- Register using another device (e.g. your smartphone).

What happens to my registered data when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, we ensure that we've deleted all of your data.

Why are you changing the name to AlphaTheta Account?

On December 5, 2023, we changed the name of the Pioneer DJ Account to AlphaTheta Account so we're using the name of the AlphaTheta Corporation, which manufactures and sells our products.

Will there be any differences after the account name change?

Although the name of the account has been changed, there will be no change to the current account functions or registration information.

Does my Pioneer DJ account no longer exist?

Since only the account name has changed, you can continue to use your existing account.
