With all orders on our website, we offer optional Express delivery or Free Standard Delivery.
Standard delivery time: 5-7 business days
We ship products from our warehouse Monday through Friday – excluding major holidays. Orders received before 10am PST will be shipped on the same day, orders received after this time will ship next business day.
If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return products within 14 days of purchase; provided the product(s) are in unused condition and returned in the original packaging.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your product is collected, to receive funds back to your original payment method.
All of our products come with a 1-year Limited Manufacturer Warranty from Pioneer DJ.
