A1You must provide a valid receipt that clearly displays proof of purchase from an authorized dealer within the last 6 months of the date of your application submission.
The receipt should include the date of purchase, the products purchased, and the total cost.

- A2AlphaTheta Care is only available for purchase on Alphatheta Care - Pioneer DJ US

- Q7How do I file a claim under the extended warranty program ?

A7To request service for the Covered Product, contact the Administrator toll-free at 855.630.3442, or go online to New Leaf Service Contracts
- Q8How will I know if my extended warranty aplication has been approved?
- A8"After purchase process, AlphaTheta Music Americas(ATA) will verify the proof of purchase (of the hardware product) and if the product is applicable for AT Care.
ATA will send you a notice email and the amount will charged to your credit card after all information are confirmed."
- Q9What do I need to do if my extended warranty application is not approved?
- A9TIf your application is denied, we will follow up via email with further instructions to collect any additional information we may need to verify your purchase.
- Q10Is the extended warranty transferable to a new owner if I sell the product?
- A10Yes. Transferring the plan can be completed by mailing an agreement, providing the date of new ownership, new owner’s name, complete address, and telephone number [and a check for twenty-five dollars ($25) payable to New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc. within 10 days of Covered Product transfer of ownership.
