Frequently Asked Questions or What has been changed?

Can I use my current account that I've registered before?

I registered with rekordbox

Yes, just use the email and password you signed up with.

I registered with KUVO

Yes, just use the email and password you signed up with. If you registered with a social network then you can log in with the same social network you used before.

I registered on the Pioneer DJ Forum

You can use the same email you signed up with, but we'll ask you to update your password upon logging in. If you signed into the Forum using a social network, unfortunately you'll need to create a new account.

I haven't received a confirmation email.

If you didn't receive the confirmation email, there's a possibility that you entered a wrong email address or the confirmation email ended up in the junk email folder, etc.

I registered but I can't log in.

Did you verify your registration? When you registered, a confirmation email should have been sent to you. Click the URL in the email.

How do I change my password if I registered with my social media account?

If you've registered with your social media account your Pioneer DJ account uses the same password. To change the password you would need to login to your social media account and update the password there.

Why is some of my information not displaying correctly on My Profile page?

The following characters do not display correctly and you should avoid using them in your My Profile information: <, >, &, ',"

Why can't I save changes to my Profile Name in My Profile?

If you've registered with your social media account then your Profile Name is preset to match. You can update your Profile Name once you’ve registered but it cannot be left blank.

Can I verify my rekordbox dj Plus Pack licence(s) information?

Yes, you can verify your licence(s) information on pioneerdj.com and rekordbox.com. Log in with your account and go to your "My profile" screen (by clicking your name in the top menu on the site). You can also check your licence(s) information within the rekordbox application (File -> Preferences -> License).

What happens to my registered data when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, we ensure that we've deleted all of your data.
