This section describes necessary information when you use your XDJ-1000 with TRAKTOR PRO 2.

The XDJ-1000 equips a computer control mode and an internal USB sound card. The computer control mode enables you to use the XDJ-1000 to control TRAKTOR PRO 2 by connecting your computer with a USB cable. The internal USB sound card mode enables you to use the v as an audio output device for TRAKTOR PRO 2.

Using the XDJ as TRAKTOR PRO 2 Audio Output Devices

Pioneer DJ provides driver software for TRAKTOR PRO2. With this file, you can use the XDJ-1000's internal audio sound card as an audio output device for TRAKTOR PRO2.

This section describes necessary information when you use your XDJ-1000 with Serato DJ.

XDJ-1000 is a certified USB controller for Serato DJ from Serato. XDJ-1000 has a computer control mode. That mode enables the XDJ-1000 to control Serato DJ by connecting your computer with a USB cable.

The internal USB sound card does not work as Serato DJ's audio output device. You need to use an audio output device comes with Serato DJ or a mixer that equips an audio output device for Serato DJ.
